HOW FAST WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER RETURNING?

1) Ordered through Amazon

If your item(s) that you’ve ordered through the Amazon, please contact Amazon customer service. They will arrange the refund .

2) Ordered through Vanta-Digital Webshop ( This condition only applies to the Hong Kong Market)

As soon as you return your item(s) that you’ve ordered through the webshop, you will receive the refund of the returned item(s) .

A maximum period of 30 days applies for this.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods, or until you have proved that you’ve returned the goods (whichever comes first).

You will receive your refund via the payment method with which you made the original transaction.
