Terms and conditions
General
1.1 This website is only intended for consumers who want to order our products online and have them delivered in Hong Kong. If your delivery address is outside Hong Kong. Then, we will charge shipping fees. Please contact our help desk support: [email protected]
for shipping cost information. By checking the box indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions when ordering and placing the order, you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2 Vanta-Digital reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, such a change does not apply to orders placed before the amended terms and conditions are published on this website.
Conformity and Warranty
2.1 Vanta-Digital guarantees that the products and / or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and the legal provisions existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement and / or government regulations.
2.2 Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to Vanta-Digital in writing within 7 days after delivery. Return of the products must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
2.3 As soon as you return your item(s) that you’ve ordered through the webshop, you will receive the refund of the returned item(s) . A maximum period of 45 days applies for this. We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods, or until you have proved that you’ve returned the goods (whichever comes first). You will receive your refund via the payment method with which you made.
2.4 For the full warranty conditions, we refer to our WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR CONSUMERS.
Correspondence
3.1 All correspondence is sent by email, including, but not limited to, invoices and any payment reminders.
3.2 The consumer is obliged to provide an e-mail address to Vanta-Digital at which he can receive e-mail; changes thereto must be immediately communicated to Vanta-Digital in the manner prescribed by Vanta-Digital.
3.3 E-mails sent by Vanta-Digital to the e-mail address specified by the consumer are deemed to have been received by the consumer.
Retention of title
4.1 Goods delivered by Vanta-Digital to the consumer remain our inalienable property until they have been paid to us in full, including interest and costs.
4.2 If and insofar as Vanta-Digital can invoke the retention of title, it can reclaim the goods in question from the consumer at any time.
4.3 The consumer is not authorized to pledge or encumber in any other way the goods that are subject to the retention of title of Vanta-Digital.
Straight
5.1 All agreements between Vanta-Digital and the consumer and all offers from www.shuman-rcm.com to the consumer are exclusively governed by the law of Hong Kong Government even if an agreement is fully or partially implemented abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship there.
5.2 The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
5.3 All possible disputes arising from the agreements and offers referred to in the previous paragraph will be submitted to the competent court in the District of Hong Kong.
Disclaimer
6.1 By placing an order, the consumer indemnifies Vanta-Digital against all possible legal proceedings, fines and the like, which could be the result of placing the order and the activities ensuing from it.
Complaint handling
7.1 Complaints about the implementation of the purchase agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Vanta-Digital as soon as possible after you have discovered defects. You can submit a complaint via our customer service or an email to [email protected] You can also submit your complaint via our support chat on the website. We respond to complaints submitted to us within 14 days of receipt. If we require a longer processing time, we will confirm that we have received the complaint within 14 days and will indicate when you can expect a more detailed answer.
Other provisions
8.1 If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are null and void or are nullified, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions and the null or nullified provisions will be replaced by valid provisions with the same purport as far as possible.
